Mariella did mine and my bridesmaids make up on my wedding day in the Cotswolds and I can't recommend her enough. The make-up was beautiful, and my bridesmaids looked stunning. She was so lovely to have there on the morning of my big day and nothing was too much trouble. My makeup felt lightweight and didn't move the whole day and night, even with a few happy tears. Mariella is a warm and truly wonderful person and I was so happy to have her be a part of my special day.

Mariella was fantastic from my initial enquiry all the way to the big day. Her calm nature helped me feel relaxed throughout. She was a pleasure to work with and I really enjoyed getting to know her more throughout the bridal prep journey. Myself and my maid of honour attended our make up trial at her beautiful studio, I had chosen Rachael from Oxfordshire Bridal Hair & Makeup to do our hair for the day and she also attended this trial. Mariella and Rachael have worked together before and are a great team, they made communications and planning easy as they talked between each other and involved me when needed! On the big day itself Mariella brought Kira with her who assisted with the bridal parties make up - knowing Mariella's high standards I had no doubt Kira would deliver the same standards. Everyone who was with us in the morning commented on how talented and friendly the hair and make up team were. It was honestly like having more bridesmaids. We felt so at ease and relaxed with the morning full of laughter. I am so pleased with all of our final looks, from my own, my bridesmaids and to my mum and mother in laws make up. Everyone had looks that followed the initial brief but also complimented each individual. The make up stayed on all day and we all had compliments! Booking Mariella to do my make-up and my girls make up for my wedding was, hands down on of the best choices I made. Her calming, friendly nature was perfect for what could have been a stressful morning. It was far from stressful, it was relaxed, filled with laughter and I felt so calm. From having my trial, we talked through my preferences and built together a look for the day. I approached Mariella before my hen do as I’d seen her work on Instagram and we were not disappointed. She is extremely organised, prepared and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend Mariella to anyone, particularly for weddings and makeup tutorials. I organised a hen party and she ran a workshop for 12 of us, guiding us through how to get the best results. I'm pretty sure all of us learnt something and we all rushed out to buy new products. Fast forward to the wedding day I was a bridesmaid for, and Mariella was fantastic- her friendliness and calmness really adding to a lovely atmosphere for getting ready. Too often I have had my makeup done and felt 'overdone', taking it off or toning it down afterwards, but Mariella manages to make you feel special and beautiful, whilst still maintaining a natural look.
